Our goal is to make you happy. You will always have the option on our website to personalize your order. Milo Paper uses special personalization software that will always provide you with an on-screen low resolution preview of your order, as well as a high resolution proof in PDF format. So what you see is definitely what you will get. PHOTO CARDS
Please bear in mind that the quality of your photo card depends greatly on the quality of the digital picture you decide to use. Please click here to see our digital photo requirements. If you have any questions or would like to use a picture that you think may not satisfy our digital photo requirements, please email us at info@milopaper.com and we will address your concern within 24 hours.

PAYMENT METHODS
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. If you have questions about using a different payment method, please contact us at info@milopaper.com. All orders placed on our website are encrypted and secure. We use the latest technology for credit card encryption as well as the authentication and protection of all customer credit card information.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
We offer ground, 3-day, 2-day and overnight shipping. We also ship to international addresses, but please keep in mind that we are not responsible for any taxes or duties as a result of international shipping laws.

RETURNS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you're not happy, we're not happy. If you are unsatisfied with your order for whatever reason, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order to arrange an exchange or obtain a return authorization. Unfortunately, due to the personalized nature of most of our products, we cannot accept any returns that are a result of customer input errors when placing an order.

We ask that you please refrain from using any copyright images when ordering from Milo Paper without having obtained appropriate third party consents. Milo Paper does not assume any responsibility for the inappropriate use of copyrighted images, and by purchasing items from our website you agree to hold us harmless for all costs, expenses, attorneys' fees and any other fees arising from any claims made against Milo Paper for work product that allegedly violates copyright or other proprietary laws.

Below please find a list of our digital photo requirements:
1. All photographs must have a minimum resolution of 1600 x 1200 pixels.
2. Our online personalization software will allow you the opportunity to preview how your picture will look on your announcement, card or invitation prior to placing your order so that what you see is what you get.
3. Please avoid altering original versions of your photographs if possible. Any such alterations may compromise the quality of your order. To the extent you need to crop your photograph to fit in a space allotted for a picture on any particular product offered on this website, you will have the opportunity to do so with our personalization software once as go through the steps of personalizing your order.
